Justin has followed that career path for over 22 years. His roles in the field have provided him with experience and insight into career skills and lessons, along with how to teach heavy equipment mechanics in a classroom and out in the field.

is the Automotive and Machine Repair instructor at Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He started his automotive background with General Motors in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, La. Keith has experience teaching automotive technology at the Denver Institute of Technology, Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colo., and Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.

is an International Union of Operating Engineers Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic instructor at Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He started his career as a mechanic over 20 years ago in the military before moving on to turning wrenches at a medium/heavy-duty truck dealership, then finally to his most recent position as an equipment rental dealer.

has served as a Heavy Truck Driving instructor at Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center for nearly 20 years. He has been a professional Commercial Driver’s License driver for most of his life and brings lots of real-life experiences to his students. His previous roles include owner/operator, professional driver, equipment operator, emergency medical technician, defensive driving trainer and emergency vehicle incident prevention trainer. Ruben loves watching his students learn and succeed in this high-demand profession.

is the Electrical instructor at Timber Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He has over 35 years of professional experience, including an apprenticeship in South Dakota, and holds journey- and master-level certifications, as well as contractor licenses in seven states. Bill taught electrical courses at Western Dakota Technical College and worked with students at Boxelder Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center to complete 1,000 apprenticeship hours. Bill is committed to training the next generation of electricians and believes in the growth of the industry.

From small cars to semitrucks, Josh Boes brings over 15 years of industry experience to his role as Automotive instructor at Timber Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He is Automotive Service Excellence master-certified and loves teaching students the necessary skills to become a successful technician.

has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He cooked in various restaurants and managed kitchens from Iraq to Washington. Cody is passionate about passing his skills along to his students and enjoys helping them reach a career in the culinary arts.

brings over 20 years of experience with the Forest Service to his role as the Forestry and Wildland Firefighting instructor at Timber Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. His wildland fire experience includes working on hand crews, engines and a hotshot crew, as well as trails crews and in recreation. William also worked as a project manager for the Forest Service, which helps him instruct Job Corps students for a bright future in forestry and firefighting.
