He has over 40 years of experience as both a residential and commercial carpenter, serving in positions from carpenter to project manager. Ron has trained Job Corps students for over 15 years, instructing students in construction safety, construction math, hand and power tools, and more, as well as helping them earn industry credentials.

brings over 15 years of office work and teaching experience to her role as Office Administration instructor at Harpers Ferry Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. Her professional experience allows Rhoden to meet students where they are while learning and share her wisdom with them. In her downtime, Rhoden enjoys reading, going on walks and traveling.

joined Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association Local 1 in 1987. He brings over 30 years of experience as a concrete finisher to his classroom at Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. Dwight is successfully helping Construction students achieve their goals. 

, TABE instructor, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Morehead State University. Susan has been an instructor at Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center for several years. She is available to assist students with obtaining their high school diplomas and improving their TABE scores. As a disability coordinator, she ensures students with disabilities receive the accommodations they are eligible for. 

brings 30 years of construction industry experience to his role as Carpentry instructor at Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He also is a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 472. When he isn’t working, Terry enjoys fishing, camping, hunting, and volunteering for children and youth.

, Academic instructor, has served as a full-time instructor with Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center for over 25 years. She motivates young adults to achieve their goals and prepares them for future employment.   

is the full-time International Masonry Institute Brick and Block instructor at Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial masonry industry as a mason and foreman to the IMI Brick and Block program.

was taught how to cook at age five. He studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University and has served as a Culinary Arts instructor at Frenchburg Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center for over a decade. When he isn’t working, Doug enjoys gardening and fishing.

, Bricklaying instructor, is a member of the International Masonry Institute. His mission is to help place graduates into a successful union position after their training completion. 

started attending the A & C Welder Training and Testing Institute out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From there, Scott spent his career constructing bridges and mining equipment and steel constructs. He then switched gears and attended the Lincoln College of Technology to learn how to program robots to weld. Due to his wide range of experiences and desire to pass along his knowledge to future welders, Scott became a Welding instructor at Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center.
